Overview
ZN85-40.5 Series Indoor High-Voltage Vacuum Reclosing Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker), suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 40.5kV, is used by industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substation for switching load currents, overload currents, and fault currents.
The circuit breaker and actuating mechanism are designed with an upper and lower arrangement structure, effectively reducing the depth of the circuit breaker.
Three-phase arc extinction chambers and associated live parts are isolated by three separate epoxy resin insulating tubes, forming a composite insulating structure. The circuit breaker meets the air distance and creepage distance requirements under normal operating conditions and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker. The main power circuit vacuum arc extinction chamber and static/dynamic conductor connections are installed within the insulating tubes, resulting in an inter-phase distance of only 300mm. All electrical connections in the main circuit use fixed connections, ensuring high reliability. The insulating tubes are mounted above the circuit breaker frame.
The spring actuating mechanism designed for this circuit breaker is installed within the breaker frame. Its structural features are more suitable for the vertical and horizontal arrangement of the circuit breaker, and it forms an integral part of the overall circuit breaker structure. The mechanism is designed simply and its output curve and performance seat are applicable to the characteristics and requirements of the 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker.
The overall layout is reasonable, aesthetically pleasing, and simple. It features a compact size, flexible operation, reliable electrical performance, long service life, easy maintenance, and maintenance-free mechanisms.
