Overview
The ZW32-24(G) series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is an outdoor switchgear for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated at 24kV. It is suitable for opening and closing various types of load currents and frequent operation scenarios, and is applicable to power equipment construction and renovation in urban, rural, mining, and railway networks. This product features miniaturization, maintenance-free, and intelligent characteristics compared to similar products. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of China's urban power grid and the rapid growth in electricity consumption, and considering the characteristics of long supply lines and high line losses in rural power grids, the existing 10kV voltage level distribution systems are no longer able to meet the power supply requirements. This has gradually revealed their weaknesses, such as excessive supply distance, high line losses, and difficult-to-meet voltage quality standards. Using a 24kV voltage level for power supply offers a series of advantages, including increased power supply capacity, guaranteed voltage quality, reduced power grid energy losses, and cost savings in power grid construction. The circuit breaker complies with the technical standards GB1984-2003 "High-voltage AC circuit breakers," DL/T402-2007 "Technical conditions for ordering high-voltage AC circuit breakers," and DLT403-2000 "Technical conditions for ordering 12kV-40.5kV high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers."
