The solid insulating ring main switch body employs a three-phase independent installation method, with each three-phase unit securely sealed within a new type of epoxy resin cast insulating body.
The main switch uses a vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and an optimized electromagnetic field structure. The main switch insulating rod moves up and down under the drive of the operating transmission mechanism to complete the closing and opening operations of the main switch.
The optimized electric field design allows the insulating rod of the direct-acting disconnect switch to move up and down under the drive of the operating mechanism, completing the closing, opening, and grounding of the disconnect switch.
The L module and V module have identical structures, differing only in the vacuum arc chamber performance of the main switch for ease of installation; the F module features easy fuse replacement, with the lower fuse holder securely grounded during replacement to ensure personal safety. The product structure completely eliminates SF6 gas in the solid cabinet, using insulating sleeves to solidify the switch components, and connecting all circuits through enclosed busbars. The overall design achieves full-sealed and fully insulated performance.
The solid insulated ring main unit employs the solid sealing pole piece technology, integrating the vacuum interrupter, main electrical circuit, and insulating support into a unified whole. This achieves a fully insulated, fully sealed, and maintenance-free structure, while also enabling the modular detachable design.
Utilizing insulated sleeves for sealing effectively resolves the issue of the arc-quenching chamber's exterior being contaminated by the surrounding environment. This significantly enhances its insulation performance, anti-fouling, and anti-condensation capabilities. Additionally, it boosts its resistance to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, aging, and mechanical strength.
The vacuum interrupters are equipped with products from renowned domestic manufacturers such as Xuguang and Zenguang, ensuring stringent quality control. To further guarantee the reliability of vacuum interrupting, comprehensive inspections are conducted on the interrupters before and after casting, along with pressure tests.
The vacuum interrupter is reinforced with a vacuum-bonded filling material, further protected by a sealed epoxy resin coating on the exterior.
