The High-Low Voltage Pre-Installed Substation is a compact integrated distribution system that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment. It is used in urban high-rise buildings, rural construction, residential complexes, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines, oilfields, and temporary construction sites for the reception and distribution of electrical energy in the distribution system.
High-voltage and low-voltage pre-assembled substation boxes feature strong integration, compact size, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and portability. Compared to conventional civil engineering substation structures, substation boxes of the same capacity typically occupy only 1/10 to 1/5 of the land area, significantly reducing design and construction workloads, as well as construction costs. In the distribution system, they can be used in ring main distribution systems or dual power or radial terminal distribution systems, making them a new type of integrated equipment for both urban and rural substation construction and renovation.
The high-voltage and low-voltage pre-assembled substation cabinets comply with the standards of SD320-1992 "Technical Conditions for Substation Cabinets" and GB/T17467-1998 "High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Pre-assembled Substation."
