Principle of Equipment Operation; Exhaust gases are collected through a hood and transported into the equipment via pipes. The atomized water film section within the equipment forms a mist, which thoroughly blends with the exhaust gases, decomposing harmful substances and particulates. After the mist is removed by the demister at the top, a trace amount of exhaust gas enters the next stage, the adsorption area. Due to effective atomization at the front end, the purification rate is high, thereby reducing the load on the back-end adsorption equipment. This eliminates the need for frequent replacement of adsorption materials and the addition of any chemicals, enabling the achievement of relevant emission standards without incurring additional costs for the enterprise.
