The working principle of the metal dust purifier: Through the action of the fan's suction, dust is drawn into the equipment's inlet by the dust hood. A flame arrester is installed at the equipment's inlet, where sparks are trapped. The smoke and dust gases then enter the sedimentation chamber, where gravity on the rising airflow first directly drops coarse particles into the ash hopper. Fine dust particles are collected by the filter core on the outer surface. The clean gas, after being filtered and purified through the filter core, flows into the clean room from the center of the filter core, and the outlet air meets the emission standards.
