JLR-100 Prototype softgel capsule machine

This is a newly developed fully automatic smart small-scale soft capsule manufacturing equipment from our company. Suitable for laboratory and pharmaceutical research institutions for the development or trial production of soft capsule products, it can also be adjusted as needed for research, development, and production of plant-based gels.

4.        Rubber lubrication utilizes micro-lubrication and automatic oiling, simplifying the operation process.

5.        The hopper can be equipped with mixing and temperature maintenance modules, simplifying the suspension hydraulic molding process.
