ITSS
Resources refer to tangible and intangible assets that are dependent on and generated by the provision of IT services, such as the knowledge, experience, and tools required by a consulting service provider to meet the needs of the client. Resource elements ensure that IT service providers can "do the job right," with ITSS compliance assessments primarily derived from the solidified outcomes and capabilities in personnel, processes, and technology elements, while also providing strong support and guarantees for these elements. They are primarily enhanced through the research and development of proprietary technologies and the learning and referencing of non-proprietary technologies, continuously improving the ability to identify and solve problems during the provision of IT services.
ITSS
The Service Outsourcing Standard is a set of general requirements and specifications for outsourcing information technology services; the Service Security Standard emphasizes the importance of pre-event prevention, ongoing control, post-event auditing for service security, and the continuous improvement of the entire process, and proposes organizational governance norms for service security, ITSS certificate continuity, to ensure that service security is controllable.
