Product Description

Primarily used for measuring the pressure, vacuum, and absolute pressure of gases, liquids, and steam, and then converting them into a 4-20mA DC signal output. Pressure transmitters include two types: GP (gauge pressure) and AP (absolute pressure). When combined with an intelligent amplification board, GP and AP types can form an intelligent pressure transmitter. It can communicate with each other through a HART protocol-compatible hand-held operator for configuration and monitoring. The δ chamber of the GP pressure transmitter receives the measured pressure signal on one side and is connected to atmospheric pressure on the other, thus suitable for measuring gauge pressure or vacuum.

The process pressure is transmitted to the middle measuring diaphragm in chamber 6 through isolation diaphragms on both or one side and the filling fluid. The middle diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element, which undergoes corresponding deformation displacement due to the pressure difference acting on both sides. This displacement is proportional to the differential pressure, approximately 0.1mm. This displacement change forms a differential capacitance on the capacitor plates, which is then converted into a 4-20mA DC signal in a two-wire system by electronic circuitry.

Stability: No more than the transmitter's accuracy within six months.

Pressure Relief Fitting: The connection screw holes on the pressure vessel are 1/2-14 NPT, the same as standard 1151.

The cable connection hole has a screw thread of M20×1.5.

Indicator: Field output indicator with ammeter, linear indication 0~100%; 3-1/2-digit LCD display.

Span and Zero Point: externally continuously adjustable.

Positive and Negative Shifts: Differential Pressure Transmitter: The upper limit of positive shift is 500%, and the lower limit of negative shift is 600%.

Absolute Pressure: Positive migration rate of 500%, only positive migration allowed.

Overload Pressure: The transmitter will not be damaged if the pressure does not exceed 1.15 times the specified pressure.
