Operating Principle

The armored temperature sensor boasts numerous advantages such as flexibility, high-pressure resistance, rapid thermal response time, and durability. Similar to industrial fixed thermocouples, it is commonly used as a temperature-measuring sensor in conjunction with display meters, recording meters, and electronic regulators. Additionally, it can serve as a temperature-sensing element for fixed thermocouples. It can directly measure temperatures of liquids, steam, and gases within a range of -200℃ to 1800℃ in various production processes, as well as the temperature of solid surfaces. Compared to fixed thermocouples, the armored thermocouple offers the benefits of flexibility, high-pressure resistance, shorter thermal response time, and durability.
