Product Description

As the fluid enters the flowmeter, it is streamlined and accelerated by the specially designed integrated diffuser at the inlet. Due to the angle between the turbine blades and the fluid flow, the turbine generates a torque of rotation. After overcoming the frictional and fluid resistance torques, the turbine begins to rotate. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of the turbine's rotation is proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid. By utilizing the principle of electromagnetic induction, a magnetic sensor induces a pulse signal proportional to the volume flow rate from the signal wheel rotating coaxially. This signal is then amplified, filtered, and shaped, and together with the temperature and pressure sensor signals, it enters the microprocessor unit of the intelligent flow integrator for computation. The volume flow rate and total quantity of the gas are then directly displayed.LCD Screen
