FSS Electric Skylight Shades, designed for curved, horizontal, and inclined sunshade systems, are suitable for both engineering and residential sunshade applications, including rooftops, sloping, facades, and arched surfaces. Individual shade width should not exceed 3 meters, and the tensioned length should not exceed 9 meters. The system can be made in a 1-to-2 or 1-to-3 configuration.
Structure
The FSS Ceiling Curtain System primarily consists of tubular motors and an elastic tensioning system. One end features a drive shaft, housing a tubular motor; the other end has a driven shaft, equipped with a spring mechanism. The motor's forward rotation drives the fabric forward, while the spring on the other end gradually tightens, stretching the fabric taut. In reverse, the motor's rotation causes the spring to gradually relax, retracting the sunshade fabric. Operation is simple, with minimal noise during motor operation and smooth running.
Features
(1) System: Fabric Tensioning System, an effective intelligent sun shading solution.
(2) Control Methods: Manual switch control, wireless remote control, group control, and can also be used with a multimedia central control system. In large public spaces, it can be set for timed, light control, wind control, and other intelligent controls.
(3) Transmission Method: For larger areas, wire rope or guide rail guidance can be used.
(4) Fabric Selection: PVC fabrics with a polyester fiber outer coating pre-stressed or glass fiber-reinforced outer wrap, both must possess excellent dimensional stability and tensile strength.
(5) Opening/Closing Mode: Single Open
(6) Effect: When in use, the fabric is stretched smoothly, creating a simple and bright decorative effect.

Application
Large sunshade for glass roofs in sunshade areas, hotels, villas, and sports venues.
Operating Principle
Pre-tensioned spring coiled fabric within the spring coiled tube. The other end of the fabric features a pulling rod. The motorized tube is equipped with a pair of 2 winding reels, one with a left-hand thread and the other with a right-hand thread. The reels are fixed with牵引钢丝, which is then secured by winding to a traction pulley attached to the fabric's pulling rod. The motor rotates to pull the traction wire, overcoming the torsion force of the spring within the coiled tube, pulling the fabric out. Reversing the motor loosens the wire, and under the torsion force of the spring, part of the fabric is rolled back into the spring coiled tube, tightening the fabric. Thus, through the combined action of the motor tube and the spring coiled tube, the fabric's retraction and expansion movements are completed, serving the function of sunshade and light control.
