Performance Features:Impact-resistant and abrasion-resistant, oil and dirt-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, dust-proof and easy to clean, heavy-duty and durable, ultra-high load capacity, withstands strong impacts.

Application Scope:Epoxy coatings for concrete and terrazzo floors required for vehicles weighing approximately 10 tons, suitable for environments such as machine factories, manufacturing workshops, underground parking lots, chemical plants, logistics centers, and electronic assembly centers, where heavy-duty flooring is needed.

Construction Techniques

Raw material processing

B. Apply epoxy resin primer penetrant

C. Apply one layer of epoxy resin mortar scraping

D. Sand and clean the mortar layer

E. Sand off two layers of epoxy resin mortar

Grind the second mortar layer and clean.

G. Apply one coat of scraping putty made of epoxy resin.

H. Batch Coated Epoxy Resin Paint

I. Rolled Coating Epoxy Wear-Resistant Paint (Gloss, Semi-Matte, Matte)

Note: If there is a higher requirement for scratch resistance and high wear resistance on the ground after completion, ultra-high-wear-resistant process can be added, with a hardness up to 5H.
