详情描述
Product IntroductionColor-bleeding permeable concrete is a semi-fluid concrete mixture produced by blending single-size aggregate, cement, permeable concrete reinforcement, and water through a specific process. It is bonded together with an enhanced and modified cement paste coating the aggregate surface, and is a high-strength, high-permeability, and environmentally friendly paving material made by laying with specialized machinery on-site. Adhesive stone features ecological, permeable, breathable properties and good anti-slip capabilities, is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, radiation-free, and pollution-free, meeting the current needs of sponge city development. It is an ecological ground that breathes.
Service LifeOver 10 years
Performance FeaturesHigh Permeability: The permeable concrete has 15%-25% voids, with a permeation rate of 31-52 liters/meter/hour, allowing significant infiltration of rainwater, no ponding, and no freezing after snowfall, ensuring safe travel. High Load-bearing Capacity: Fully meets or exceeds C25; Rich Colors: The permeable concrete features a color optimization formula; Energy-saving and Environmentally Friendly: Landscape integration for a more harmonious urban environment, mitigating the "heat island effect"; Easy Construction: Similar to traditional concrete construction methods.
Application RangePedestrian walkways, bike lanes, lightweight municipal roads, fire access routes, garden landscape parkways, large squares, resorts, and other naturalistic paving projects for ground surfaces.

Construction Techniques:
1. Original Soil Compaction
2. Separate and mold according to design specifications
3. Mix materials using a small horizontal mixer, first blending the binder and aggregate, then adding water in three stages.
4. Evenly spread the ground, then flatten with a trowel and use a smoothing machine. Cover with plastic film to retain moisture.
5. Cured for over 7 days, strength gradually increases during the curing period.
6. After the ground dries, apply a clear sealant to enhance permeability, durability, and aesthetics.
