The cultural relics display cabinets, now fully renovated, will make full use of mechanical ventilation to expel pollutants emitted by decorative materials.
Quality Standards: UtilizedHigh-density OSB boards with EO-level stability and green, environmentally friendly PVC board materials of various specifications available for use, all compliant with today's museum requirements and GB/T11718-1999 regulations.
Display case air quality should be controlled for sulfur dioxide.≤10μg/m³; Nitrogen oxides ≤10μg/m³; Carbonyl compounds (formic acid, acetic acid, etc.) ≤100μg/m³; Formaldehyde ≤0.05mg/m³; Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) ≤0.5mg/m³.
Overall cabinet airtightness
The display cases are of a fully enclosed structure, featuring excellent sealing performance with no light leakage.
The display cabinet is sealed with double-sided sealant and silicone sealing strips, ensuring its airtightness: Air exchange rate within the display space≤0.2 times/day (CO2 detection method).
The display cabinets can be configured with compartments for passive regulation materials, allowing for seamless air exchange with the display space. The storage box for the regulation materials does not compromise the airtightness of the display cabinet.
Sealant or seal strip quality standard: tensile strength not less than7.0 Mpa. Elongation at break is not less than 300%. Tensile strength is not less than 15 KN/M. Deformation rate is not greater than 8%. Hardness HA is 60±5. Service life is generally not less than two years; the sealant uses a two-component, neutral curing structural adhesive, offering excellent climatic properties such as ozone and UV resistance, withstanding extreme temperatures from -50℃ to +100℃. It exhibits excellent strong adhesion and weak flexibility.
Features: Possessing antioxidant, anti-corrosive, anti-aging, and durable properties, it is an indispensable component for sealing. The joints of the display case are sealed with professional silicone, sealing strips, and gaskets.
Mobile display cabinet casters and fixed ground feet (flexibly configured according to the client's requirements)
The caster function: The casters are installed at the bottom of the cabinet, featuring strong load-bearing capacity, smooth operation, and safety, allowing the display cabinet to move freely prior to positioning.
(1) Counter design must consider regional factors.
During the exhibit case design process, regional factors must be taken into account, primarily referring to the shape, size, and arrangement of various parts within the display case. These characteristics are the initial perceptions that should be considered as the top priorities in the exhibit case design process.
Of course, regional factors also include the compatibility between display counters and their placement. The coordination of cabinet colors and the lingerie product line, placement, and lighting. This aligns with the principles of color theory, aiming to enhance the harmony of color combinations and primarily determine the user experience based on product positioning. The visual sensory approach to coordinating the color schemes of display cabinets is whether it is formal, modern, stylish, targeting the younger generation, or another positioning. Specifically, the coordination between the products and the display cabinets should give a logical impression, rather than a disjointed one. There is a significant disconnect between the industry and the consumer, making it difficult for your products to stand out and be memorable amidst the myriad of information in shopping venues.
(2) Display cabinet design requires consideration of aesthetic factors.
Secondly, the aesthetic factor of humans must be considered, which is mainly reflected in the balance and stability of the relative positions of the display cabinet's own parts and the relative positions of the display cabinet and its placement. Stability and balance are essential to effectively convey the brand's intended message to consumers. The overall sense can vary, such as in a relaxed and cheerful or elegant and solemn style.
