In recent years, due to the rapid development of expressways, the road usage density has significantly increased. This has led to numerous heavy trucks frequently traveling over concrete roadways and bridges, with some even exceeding load limits. The constant vibration from these vehicles has exacerbated the fatigue of the components, thereby reducing the lifespan of both bridges and roadways to some extent. Consequently, it is imperative to address such defects promptly. Failure to do so can result in progressively severe damage. In terms of traffic, this can cause discomfort to vehicles, and in severe cases, it can compromise the safety of both vehicles and individuals. Moreover, prolonged road closures incur higher costs. Therefore, it is essential to select concrete repair materials that are high in strength, quick to set, durable, and have excellent bonding with the original concrete.
Road repair materials meet these requirements perfectly. At room temperature of 20°C, the compressive strength reaches over 20MPa within 2 hours and over 35MPa within 4 hours, significantly reducing labor time, costs, and improving efficiency. Post-summer repair, the materials pass the emergency acceleration test with flying colors. While enhancing efficiency, they also ensure the product's wear resistance and quality. Key features include high compressive strength, rapid curing, strong durability, good bonding properties, and excellent crack resistance. They are specifically designed for quick repairs of road surface issues like peeling, stone exposure, roughness, sanding, hollowing, cracking, and exposed reinforcement in cement concrete pavements. After the concrete repair material is applied, rapid traffic can be resumed within 2 hours.
The pavement repair material can be used for the repair and emergency repairs of various concrete surfaces, bridge decks, industrial factory floors, school ground levels, gas station pavements, highways, and peeled or damaged bridge sections. It is easy to operate, allowing for construction on wet bases, simplifying the process and making it convenient to directly apply to the problem areas. It offers ultra-thin repair capabilities without fracturing or peeling off under high-speed and high-pressure driving conditions, ensuring excellent durability. The project has a short construction period and low cost, and it can be used to treat any defects on cement concrete surfaces.
