Polyurea is an elastomeric material formed by the reaction between isocyanate components and amine components. Amines containing hydroxyl components and catalysts are referred to as mixed polyurea.
Application: Waterproof and anticorrosion for underground concrete structures, drainage pipes, steel beams and pipes, steel plates, silos and storage tanks; floor coatings for parking lots, factories, warehouses, and shopping centers; waterproof and anticorrosion for marine structures, pier piles, and swimming pools; reinforcing coatings for road ramps and underground caves; protection for foam sculptures.

Features: Fast curing, suitable for spraying and forming on any curved, inclined, or vertical surfaces without sagging; excellent physical properties including impact resistance, wear resistance, cold and heat resistance, water resistance, and anti-aging; easy to use, color customizable, with no limit on coating thickness; good crack bridging performance; excellent adhesion to various substrates; solvent-free, high solid content, safe, and environmentally friendly.
Polyurea elastomer spray is a coating technology that involves the application of two liquid components, A and B, through specialized spray equipment. This process results in a solid coating within a very short time frame (approximately 10 seconds). When the two components are mixed, they undergo a rapid, exothermic chemical polymerization reaction.
