I. Daily Maintenance Methods and Precautions for Stabilized Soil Mixing Station:

1Implement reducers and electric drum rollers in accordance with the relevant terms of the user manual.

2Before each startup, apply grease by dipping the lubricant 5-8 times into the oil cup at the bearing of mixers, aggregate belt conveyors, feed belt conveyors, various batching machines, and spiral conveyors. After every 200 operating hours, disassemble for inspection and replace with fresh lubricant.

3Before each start-up, a small amount of grease should be applied to the transmission gears of the mixer.

4Open each transmission chain cover once a week, apply a small amount of lubricant to the chains, and clean the chains every 300 hours of operation.

5Clean each belt and belt feeder tension rod once a week and apply new lubricant.

6The mixer operates under harsh conditions; when the blade pulp has worn down to less than 2/3 of its original area, it should be replaced.

7At the end of each shift, empty the material in the mixed material storage and shut off the main power supply; open the lid of the mixer and check the tightness of the stirrer arm and impeller blades. If any nuts are loose, tighten them immediately to prevent the impeller blades from falling off and causing accidents; clean or remove any adhered material from the equipment to prevent material from sticking and hardening, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment.

8When a reducer or electric roller exhibits oil leakage, it is essential to promptly replace the sealing gasket or seal to ensure sufficient oil supply.

9The cover on the mixer cylinder should be repaired promptly after damage to prevent material from flying out and causing injury.

10Maintenance of electrical equipment sections.

Dust and oil污 easily enter electric motors, electrical control cabinets, and electrical circuits, leading to a decrease in electrical insulation resistance, poor contact between contacts, and deterioration of heat dissipation conditions, which may even cause grounding or short circuits. Therefore, it is essential to regularly clean the dust and oil污 inside electrical cabinets, with particular attention to the removal of conductive dust such as iron powder.

During maintenance inspections, pay attention to the terminal connections of all electrical components such as contactors and relays within the electrical cabinet, ensuring they are not loose or damaged, and that the wiring is not disconnected.

 (3) Inspect various electrical components and wires within the electrical cabinet for signs of oil immersion or insulation damage, and perform necessary treatments.

(4) To ensure the normal operation of various protective devices for electrical equipment, it is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily alter the setting values of thermal relays and automatic air switches during maintenance; the replacement of fuses must be selected according to specifications and should not be either too large or too small.

Enhance maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment during hot weather, rainy seasons, and severe cold.

(6) Regularly conduct minor and medium repairs on electric motors.

Ensure reliable grounding or neutral connection for all electrical equipment.

(8) During maintenance, safety must be a top priority.

11During routine equipment maintenance or repairs, shut off the main power to the electrical control cabinet, remove the key from the switch, and hang

Install warning signs to prevent misoperation that could lead to personal injury accidents or equipment damage.

II. Venue Setup

The soil stabilizer mixing station equipment can be arranged relatively flexibly according to the actual conditions of the construction site. However, before installation, the site should be leveled and in good condition, and compacted. At the same time, the support foundations for all components should be pre-prepared according to the marked layout positions (which should be retained until the equipment is installed), and the concrete pillars for the mixed material storage and powdered material supply system should have secondary grouting holes for the anchor bolts. When arranging the mixing station equipment, the following issues should be noted:

The equipment installation foundation should be chosen in an open area to shorten the loader's material handling cycle. Additionally, this ensures that transport vehicles for finished materials can easily and efficiently turn around without interfering with each other.

Ensure the flatness and dimensions of the pre-fabricated foundation are met to securely install equipment and facilitate proper joints. The quality of the foundation significantly impacts the normal operation and usage quality of the equipment.

(3) The feeding side of the batching unit is determined based on the size of the site, the arrangement of the original materials, and the configuration of the loader.

(4) To facilitate the feeding of loaders, it is advisable to set up loading ramps on the feeding side of the batching system. A freely accessible inspection passage should be maintained between the batching system and the ramps for easy inspection, maintenance, and maintenance of equipment during operation. Additionally, a protective fence should be erected between the loading ramps and the batching system to prevent accumulated materials from falling off loaders from affecting the normal operation of the conveyor belt.
