Ingredient System

  • Can weigh multiple aggregates simultaneously, high efficiency.

  • The conveyor belt tail is equipped with a spiral tensioning device, which allows for real-time adjustment of the belt tension, preventing slippage and deviation, ensuring efficient operation.

  • The belt conveyor head is equipped with a material stopper, effectively preventing spills.

  • The side walls of the aggregate hopper and aggregate scale are equipped with vibrators, facilitating rapid weighing and quick unloading.

4. Dust Removal System

  • The main unit and warehouse roof are equipped with pulse-jet dust collectors, ensuring environmental protection and efficiency.

5. Agitation System

  • Axle end seals, featuring the German BHS design, offer a long service life.

  • Thermal insulation pads and blades are made of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, with rational angle design for efficient and rapid stirring, and long service life.

  • Endshaft fittingFeatures an all-in-one sealed oil injection lubrication system.

  • The hydraulic oil pump controls the feeding gate, allowing for three-stage openings and is equipped with a manual gate opening device, operating smoothly and silently.

6. Control System

  • German Schneide component control cabinet, capable of automatic, semi-automatic, and manual control. Features include recipe input and storage, automatic correction of splatter errors, parameter adjustment, weighing calibration, automatic fault diagnosis, automatic alarm, and real-time printing.
