Aggregate batching measurement

  • The aggregate hopper is equipped with a grating screen to filter out oversized materials.

  • For materials with high viscosity and prone to bridging, an optional deflector device is available for effective stripping.

2. Aggregate Conveyance

4. Dust Removal System

  • The cement silo can be optionally equipped with a pulse bag dust collector or a filter core dust collector, offering high dust removal efficiency and low maintenance costs in the long run.

  • Compared to traditional lined paddle mixers, Betong Heavy Industry's mixing drum utilizes a twin horizontal shaft continuous mixer with no lining technology. It boasts strong adaptability, compact size, high yield, and efficient and stable operation.
