Nantong BaDa Graphite Equipment produces a Chlorine Hydrogen Absorption System, which consists of a graphite film absorber, a graphite packed tower, a jet pump, and pipelines. The film absorber and packed tower can also be combined into one, known as the comprehensive exhaust gas absorption tower. The absorption rate of this system for exhaust gases can reach over 99%.

Tail Emission Absorption Process: The tail emissions are first cooled and absorbed by a graphite film absorber, which can absorb the vast majority of hydrogen chloride gas. The unabsorbed HCl is then discharged through the exhaust pipe of the gas-liquid separator at the bottom of the film absorber, and enters the tail gas tower (packed tower, tray tower, etc.) for further absorption, meeting the emission standards.
