Blast Tube Silencer, also known as Blast Tube Muffler or Blast Sweep Silencer, is a product designed to suppress the noise generated during pipeline blowing operations.
The silencer for blow pipes can be considered as a component of the pipeline. After acoustic processing internally, it can reduce the generation and transmission of noise. The design of the silencer for steam blow pipes should not solely focus on noise reduction. First and foremost, it must meet the requirements of the steam blow pipes, ensuring the highest flow rate, minimum resistance, and maximum momentum. Subsequently, noise reduction is achieved through techniques such as pressure reduction, throttling, volume expansion, and frequency shifting.
Boiler blowing pipe is the quickest and simplest method to eliminate residual engineering debris from pipelines: During the blowing process, it generates a tremendous noise of about 130-150dB. The ZL blowing pipe silencer can reduce the generation and transmission of noise, making the noise reduction at the outlet exceed 30-40 decibels (A-weighted level), corresponding to a reduction in loudness of over 60%, with a noticeable subjective effect. It has been tested on a 600,000-kilowatt ultra-supercritical parameter unit at the Guodian Changzhou Power Plant, with no deformation of components and no damage to welds; the noise level at a distance of 1 meter from the silencer meets the GB12348 "Industrial Enterprise Boundary Noise Standard," and the noise reduction effect is superior to similar products at home and abroad.
