The gate was lifted to the installation position, utilizing the foot bolt holes of the gate for lifting. Pay attention to lift the gate body and frame as a whole. If the gate size is too large or constrained by the site position, making it impossible to lift the entire gate, the gate body and frame can be disassembled and lifted separately, but care must be taken to protect the sealing surface.

2. Through the pre-drilled holes on the hoist platform, insert the hoisting rope equipment, lift the gate as a whole to the installation position, positioning the gate. Utilizing the machined surfaces on both sides of the frame, align the rope to find the left-right position, with an inclination of less than 1.5mm. Then, insert the anchor bolts (or weld the bolts into the installation holes and weld with the embedded plate). When the gate is installed in a wall-mounted manner, weld adjacent anchor bolts into a single unit using steel bars not less than φ, tighten the nuts, and release the hoisting rope equipment.

3. Pass the hoisting rope through the gate's hinge ears, pull open the gate body, adjust the vertical alignment of the gate seal surface. By adjusting the bolts at the four corners of the gate, the vertical alignment error of the seal surface is less than 1/1000mm. After rechecking the gate's tilt in both left and right directions, securely fasten the bolts at the four corners with shims, and tighten the nuts to ensure a firm hold (for wall-mounted gates, a nut can be pre-installed on each of the four corner bolts to adjust the vertical alignment error of the seal surface by using the nuts above and below).

4. Lower the door leaf to align it with the door frame, then use a feeler gauge to check the gap on the upper and lower sealing surfaces, ensuring the gap remains within 0.1mm. If the gap exceeds the standard, place a diagonal iron on the back of the door frame at that spot and slightly loosen the ground bolts until the gap meets specifications.

5. Surrounding the gate, use fine砂浆 concrete for a second pour and consolidation, ensuring not to use plain concrete. After pouring, use a vibration pump for consolidation; expanded concrete is preferable. Once the second-poured concrete has fully cured, inspect each bolt nut individually.

6. A flanged design means that the matching flange is first sealed with a gasket and then connected to the gate frame flange during installation, ensuring proper alignment and lifting into place.

7. Install the larger gate with guide rails, ensuring the straightness between the guide rail and door frame is less than 2mm.

8. Place the suspended weight in the pre-drilled holes on the hoist platform, aligning with the centerline of the gate hoist ears. Draw a crosshair on the hoist platform using this line as a reference, thereby pinpointing the midpoint for the installation of the hoist.

9. Mark the corresponding cross-line on the bottom plate of the opening and closing machine, position the machine initially, turn the handle, and screw in the screw (turn the hand-cranked opening and closing machine counterclockwise, and the electric opening machine in the direction indicated).

Connect the segmented screw rods into a single unit, ensuring the sleeve section of the shaft guide frame is fitted over the corresponding segmented sections.

12. Secure the shaft guide frame into place, fastening it with bolts to the sleeve pre-fitted on the screw. Ensure the shaft guide tube is concentric with the screw, particularly that the distance from the lower shaft guide to the gate hinge is greater than the gate diameter.
