The internal control system of the electric heater actively adjusts the output power of the electric heating tube based on the temperature sensor signal from the outlet, ensuring uniform medium temperature at the outlet of the air electric heater. In case the heating element of the air electric heater overheats, the independent overheat protection device immediately cuts off the heating power, preventing overheating of the heating material in the air electric heater, which could lead to coking, degradation, carbonization, and, in severe cases, damage to the heating element within the air electric heater. This effectively prolongs the service life of the electric heater.

The duct-type electric heater is compact in size, yet boasts high power, with a rated power of a single heating tube exceeding 6000W. It can be easily manufactured into flat electric heaters, gas electric heaters, air heaters, ovens, furnaces, and other high-infrared electric heating equipment. Chinese electric heater manufacturers, catering to customer needs, incorporate a directional reflective layer containing precious metals like gold and titanium, as well as oxides like zirconium and aluminum, into a portion of the exterior of explosion-proof electric heaters.

The duct-style electric heater significantly enhances the heating efficiency of the heating medium, reduces the temperature of the reflective plate, and protects the internal high-temperature voltage system of the explosion-proof electric heater.

In the manufacturing of electric heater systems, welding is a crucial step. As most of the system is transported through pipelines, connections between pipes and other components are primarily焊接, in addition to bolted joints. Flanges are焊接 onto the pipes, followed by the bolting together of two pipes.

Due to the glycerin inside the pipeline, both temperature and pressure are elevated, and the quality of the welding directly affects the overall system integrity. Therefore, welding is an indispensable step in the design of the thermal oil system. Welding involves a process of rapid local heating and cooling, where the焊接 area is constrained by the surrounding workpiece and cannot freely expand or contract. After cooling, the welded parts may experience welding stress and deformation.
