Being listed on this list signifies a significant change in the import and export procedures for these products. Companies are required to submit classification identification reports, hazard warning labels, and data sheets to the inspection and quarantine authorities, and only upon passing inspection will they be cleared for release. The inspection and quarantine authorities remind relevant producers of hazardous chemicals and import/export agents to proactively report to the inspection and quarantine bureau and stay informed of relevant policies to avoid product backlog and port delays, which could lead to unnecessary economic losses. The quarantine bureau also advises relevant import/export companies to communicate promptly with the inspection and quarantine authorities to understand new inspection and quarantine information, perform hazardous chemical and hazard characteristic classification identification, revise product labeling, and update technical documents such as data sheets to ensure smooth customs clearance post-policy adjustment.

Note 1: The invoice shall include the product name in both Chinese and English, chemical molecular formula, box type, hazardous material class (CLASS NO.), hazardous material code (UN NO.), packaging of goods, and any special requirements for the purpose of booking space and hazardous declaration.
Note 2: Non-hazardous goods: The Chemical Research Institute conducts a (Transportation Conditions Assessment Certificate), confirming the goods are non-hazardous. 2. Hazardous goods: The Chemical Research Institute issues a Transportation Conditions Assessment Certificate to determine the level of hazard.
Note 3: Non-hazardous goods must provide a Non-Hazardous Certificate as required by the shipping company.
Note 4: If transshipment is involved, it is necessary to confirm with the shipping company whether there are any restrictions on the transshipment port.
