The ZJY type press filter slurry pump is the second generation slurry pump specifically designed for press filters by our company to address the shortcomings of conventional slurry pumps, such as leakage, excessive noise, and low efficiency during operation. This product is widely used for conveying impurities containing solid particles and is particularly suitable for press filter feed in coal washing, smelting, aluminum plants, and tailings from mines. It overcomes the drawbacks of conventional slurry pumps during pressurization, such as pump blockage, material leakage, and low efficiency, ensuring the pump operates without overload across the full flow range. The standard sealing type includes packed gland and optional mechanical seal. The mechanical seal in the press filter slurry pump features a unique double-face assembled self-contained water tank design. The pump's overall structure is simple, easy to install and dismantle, completely solving the inconvenience caused by traditional external high-pressure water connections for mechanical seals, ensuring safe operation of the pump and its applicability in various scenarios.
