During operation, conveyor belts may be affected by various factors that reduce their lifespan, including issues with the belt's inherent quality, occurrences of misalignment not addressed promptly, and improper installation, among others.

Important Points to Note When Installing Conveyer Belts:

Ensure proper distinction between the working and non-working surfaces when installing the conveyor belt; do not reverse usage.

Before installing the conveyor belt, it is essential to inspect the quality of the belt joints. The quality of the joints directly impacts the proper functioning of the conveyor, and their performance can be reflected in the actual usage.

3. During installation, the conveyor belt should not be too short; leave sufficient allowance for joints to prevent the belt from being damaged or torn and requiring reconnection.

4. After positioning the conveyor belt on the conveyor, secure it with clamps, then gently pull the other end of the belt to balance it onto the conveyor. Note that when pulling the conveyor belt, do so at a slow pace to prevent unnecessary damage from the belt being crushed against the frame.

5. After the conveyor belt installation is completed, tensioning and operation adjustments must be performed to prevent the belt from running off course, which can cause wear and tear on the conveyor belt.
