Avoid transporting materials with sharp spikes.

Material with sharp edges is likely to scratch the PVC conveyor belt. If the scratches are large, the PVC conveyor belt is prone to tearing when rotating.

2. Prevent the issue of PVC conveyor belts getting stuck.

When an excessive amount of material leaks into the drum, the PVC conveyor belt becomes jammed, preventing operation. However, the motor continues to run, leading to the tearing of the PVC conveyor belt.

Material drop height should not be too high.

Material falling from great heights onto the PVC conveyor belt can result in excessive impact force. This is prone to causing damage to the PVC conveyor belt, and over time, it can easily lead to tearing.

During the operation of PVC conveyor belts, occasional misalignment may occur. To address this, we have added guide strips to the back of the PVC conveyor belts, making it less prone to misalignment. Of course, in addition to preventing the PVC conveyor belt from misaligning, the guide strips serve other purposes as well.

The transverse guide strips on the surface of the PVC conveyor belt increase friction, enabling it to climb slopes for conveying, while flat conveying serves as a barrier.
