The BALO hydraulic series residential elevators feature original imported hydraulic drive components from the Italian GMV brand. They use hydraulic oil to press into the cylinder, causing the plunger to move in a straight line, directly or indirectly through a wire rope, to operate the elevator car. They come with an emergency power supply and emergency descent, one-button self-rescue, ensuring no one is trapped.
No need for a server room, shallow excavation pit, or even without an excavation pit.
Low noise, low failure rate, low structural strength requirements; buildings are not subjected to vertical forces.
All-imported hydraulic system, offering comfortable operation and seating, with safety and reliability.
High hoistway utilization rate; hydraulic elevators do not have counterweight devices, thus improving the utilization of hoistway area.
The shaft structure has low strength due to the loads from the self-weight and carrying capacity of the hydraulic elevator car, which are all applied to the foundation of the bottom pit of the shaft through the hydraulic cylinders, resulting in low requirements for the architectural performance of the shaft walls and the top.
Smooth operation, comfortable ride, the hydraulic system transmits power evenly and smoothly, and the proportional valve can achieve stepless speed regulation; the elevator speed curve changes gently.
Self-contained emergency elevator power source and emergency descent, manual oil draining, one-button self-rescue, to prevent any incidents of trapping personnel.
