1. On-site inspection
The cement mortar on the walls must have a certain thickness, with a clean surface free of dust, oil stains, moss, and other impurities. The surface should not exhibit hollowing, sanding, peeling, or spalling. The overall specifications for wall flatness, corner perpendicularity, and window edge straightness should meet the intermediate plastering standard. This is checked by using a 2-meter straight ruler to measure wall flatness, with an allowable error of 4mm. Slopes should be present at window sills, eaves, decorative lines, and parapet caps. The walls should not have any suspended construction.
2. Foundation Wall Treatment
Inspect the existing exterior wall tiles, chiseling out any hollowed sections. Clean the walls with oxalic acid or other cleaning agents to ensure the tile surface is clean and free of stains. Fill in wall holes and cracks, applying an adhesive primer to fully cover the tile wall, and ensuring the flatness meets the intermediate plastering standard.
3. Set the baseline
The baseline is a construction line used as the starting point for construction in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, maintaining the relative positions of the four walls. Generally, the longitudinal baseline should be placed above the building, while the transverse baseline should be positioned at the contours of the阴阳 corners and distinctive outlines. The baseline should be marked on the walls with a black line, and a line must be drawn at each connection point for construction surfaces.
4. Integrated Cutting Panel
According to design specifications and in conjunction with the actual requirements on the construction site, the Horizon panels are cut to the required dimensions. The sizes and quantities of the thermal insulation and decorative panels are consistent with the layout, with each panel's back marked for position and numbering to ensure accuracy in installation.
5. Bonding Agent Configuration
Select the appropriate container, pour the adhesive mortar into it first, then add water while stirring continuously until well mixed. Adjust the amount of water added according to the ambient temperature for smooth application. The adhesive mortar should be mixed as needed and should be used within two hours of mixing.
