PSA Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Generator Working Principle: Compressed air is pre-treated to remove oil, dust, and other solid impurities, as well as most of the gaseous water, before entering the adsorption tower filled with Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS). Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor in the air are adsorbed by the adsorbent, while oxygen passes through the adsorption bed and is separated. When the adsorbed impurities in the tower reach a certain level, they undergo atmospheric desorption and regeneration. The adsorption separation system, consisting of two or three towers, operates in a continuous cycle under the automatic control of a PLC or DCS system to produce oxygen continuously.
