Fully Automatic X-Ray Inspection Machine XG5500

Usage:

A set of imaging system, two robotic arms for online detection and analysis, performing automatic online inspection for square polymer soft pack cells or finished batteries. The equipment emits X-rays through an X-ray generator, penetrating the battery interior, which are then captured and photographed by the imaging system. The images are processed with relevant software, automatically measuring and judging to identify good and defective products, with defective items being selected out. The equipment can be connected to the production line at both ends.
