A complete imaging system and two robotic arms for online detection and analysis, designed for the in-line, fully automatic inspection of square polymer soft pack cell batteries or finished battery packs. The equipment emits X-rays through an X-ray generator, which penetrate the battery interior. The imaging system then captures the X-ray images and photographs, processes them with relevant software, and automatically measures and judges the quality, separating good and defective products. The defective items are then selected out. The equipment can interface with the production line at both its front and rear ends.
