About Equipment:
The flip function accommodates the flipping requirements of various specifications of goods, providing safe, smooth, and efficient process conveying to achieve the goal of converting goods from horizontal to vertical or vice versa. Widely used in industries such as metallurgy, stamping, sheet metal, molds, papermaking, refrigeration, steel strips, spools, drum materials, and coils.
The flipper machine can be categorized into 90°, 120°, and 180° models based on the maximum flip angle.
Performance-based, they can be categorized as steel strip flip machines, mold flip machines, and plate flip machines.
The steel strip flipper machine allows heavy steel coils to be lifted and placed onto the V-shaped surface of the flipper, where they can be flipped from 0-90° to lay flat on the tray.
The mold flipping machine facilitates the flipping of molds from 0-90° during maintenance of large and medium-sized molds, making it easy, labor-saving, and safe to open, close, and hoist the molds. It is an indispensable auxiliary equipment in stamping workshops and an ideal device for repairing large molds.
