The CR-350 metal steel strip automatic wrapping machine is a novel wrapping machine specifically researched, designed, and manufactured by our company for the metallurgy industry, providing excellent protective functions against rust, corrosion, and dust for steel, copper, and aluminum strips. It is widely applicable for the outer packaging of circular items such as steel strips, copper strips, aluminum strips, steel wires, cables, etc. This machine boasts the advantages of convenient in and out access for the packaged items, a broad range of wrapping capabilities, easy operation, and simple adjustment. Considering that the packaged items are all metal products, which are heavy and not easy to move, our company has specially designed and manufactured a double-position feeding trolley for back-and-forth exchange wrapping, which can increase the preliminary preparation time for product packaging and significantly improve work efficiency.

Basic Features:

PLC microcomputer control is utilized.

Touchscreen HMI display with input for steel belt outer diameter, inner diameter, and width. The microcomputer system automatically sets the wrapping length and number of turns.

Operation is simple, with random display of automatic working status, featuring Chinese character display of fault content.

The packaging ring body uses variable frequency speed control, allowing the overlap of the wrapping tape to be adjusted according to packaging requirements.

The idlers and protective rollers in contact with the steel strip surface are all treated with polyurethane rubber coating.

Packaging completed, ring automatically positioned.
