The CR-350 Automatic Metal Steel Strip Wrapping Machine is a novel wrapping machine specifically researched, designed, and manufactured for the metallurgy industry. Considering that the packaged items are all metal products, which are heavy and not easy to move, our company specially designed and manufactured a double-position feeding trolley, which can perform reciprocating exchange packaging. This not only increases the preliminary preparation time for product packaging but also significantly improves work efficiency.

Basic Features:

Touchscreen HMI display. Simply input the outer diameter, inner diameter, and width of the steel strip, and the microcomputer system automatically sets the wrapping length and number of turns.

■Easy to operate, randomly displays the automatic working status, and has the function to display fault content in Chinese.

The packaging ring body utilizes variable frequency speed control, allowing for adjustment of the overlap of the wrapping tape according to packaging requirements.

The idlers and protective rollers in contact with the steel belt surface are all treated with polyurethane rubber coating.
