The CR-350 Metal Steel Strip Automatic Wrapping Packaging Machine is a novel wrapping packaging machine specifically researched, designed, and manufactured for the metallurgy industry. Considering that the packaged items are all metal products, which are heavy and not easy to move, our company has specially designed and manufactured a dual-position feeding trolley, which can perform reciprocating exchange packaging. This not only increases the preliminary preparation time for product packaging but also greatly improves work efficiency.

Basic Features:

Touchscreen HMI display. Simply input the outer diameter, inner diameter, and width of the steel belt, and the microcomputer system automatically sets the wrapping length and number of turns.

Operation is simple, with random display of automatic working status, featuring a function to show fault content in Chinese.

The packaging ring body utilizes variable-frequency speed control, allowing the overlap of the wrapping tape to be adjusted according to packaging requirements.

The idlers and protective rollers in contact with the steel belt surface are all coated with polyurethane.
