3 Main Categories
3.1 The flipper machine can be divided into 90° flipper and 180° flipper based on the maximum flip angle.
3.2 They can be categorized as steel coil turners, mold turners, and plate turners based on their performance realization.
3.3 The heavy-duty steel coil flipper allows for lifting steel coils onto the V-shaped surface of the flipper, and through a 0-90° flip, it achieves the flat placement of the steel coil onto a pallet.
3.4 Mold Flipping Machine: Allows for easy and safe flipping of molds from 0 to 90° for maintenance of large and medium-sized molds. It simplifies the process of opening, closing, and lifting molds, making it an indispensable auxiliary equipment in stamping workshops and a must-have for large mold repairs.
3.5 Plate flipping machines are primarily used for flat, large pieces, typically flipping 180°.
