(1)Construction Preparation
Materials:
The varieties, specifications, patterns, and colors of the stone materials shall be inspected according to the design drawings, and should be stored separately by category.
Work Conditions:
1)Enhance wall and column surfaces, ceiling(Smallpox)Ceiling and floor waterproofing and protective layers.
2)The door frame and floor embedded parts, as well as the plumbing and electrical equipment pipelines, have been completed and inspected for quality.
3)All pipe holes and gaps should be filled and sealed tightly with fine stone concrete first.(Tiny gaps can be sealed with cement mortar.)。
4)The walls are up in four weeks.+50cmHorizontal level line. Center line of each room(Cross Line)And variety species separator line.
(2)Process Operation:
1)Clean the back of the stone slabs first, and keep them moist while laying them.
2)According to the horizontal line, center line(Cross Line)Each room and corridor is meticulously laid out according to the pre-assigned numbering, with standard rows on both sides.(Road Closure)Afterward, proceed with stringing and tiling.
3)Before laying tiles, the base should be watered and moistened first, then brushed with plain cement slurry.(Cement ratio0.5Left and right)The cement slurry should be applied and laid immediately upon brushing, and no drying should occur due to wind.
4)Apply dry, hard-setting cement mortar(General mixing ratio1：3Based on the moisture content, loose texture, and the ability to form a ball without releasing water when hand-held.)Leveling layer, loose thickness for25—30cmAs per plan, the stone blocks were placed slightly above the predetermined finish level.3—4cmPlease provide the Chinese content to be translated.)A trowel(Gray Spoon)Trowel and level, then pre-lay the stone slabs, aligning the longitudinal and transverse joints. Use a mallet to strike the center of the slab with force, compacting the mortar to the laying height. Lift the stone slab, and check that the mortar surface matches the bottom of the stone.(If there are any gaps, use mortar to fill them.)First, lightly mist the mortar surface with a spray bottle, then sprinkle an even layer of cement powder. Align and lay the stone slabs. Ensure the four corners settle simultaneously during installation. Use a wooden hammer to firmly tap until level.
5)The laying sequence should be from the inside out, row by row, with string lines. If the design does not specify the gap width, for granite and marble, the gap should not be greater than...1mmFor terrazzo blocks, the size should not exceed21mm。
6)Installation complete24A few hours later, after inspecting the stone slab surface for cracks and hollows, a diluted cement mixture was used.(Color harmonizes with stone slabs.)Fill in the gaps with the material, and then wipe clean with a dry cloth until no residue or stains remain. Keep the stone slabs free of pedestrian traffic and item stacking for 2 days.
