Product Introduction
The CYWB series High-Throughput Intelligent Microwave Digestion Instruments are designed to achieve sample pretreatment under high temperature and pressure conditions using the microwave heating principle within an enclosed container. These instruments provide a fast, safe, and automated solution for samples and are widely used in fields such as food, environmental protection, disease control, quality supervision, commodity inspection, and research institutions.
Application Fields
Food Testing: Pretreatment for analysis of trace elements (e.g., lead, mercury, arsenic) and nutritional components in food raw materials and finished products, to eliminate organic matter interference.
Medical Health: Pre-treatment for the detection of active ingredients or impurities in pharmaceuticals and health products, and preparation of elemental analysis for biological samples (blood, tissue).
Material Analysis: Pretreatment digestion for metal materials, alloys, ceramics, plastics, etc., to dissolve the target elements in solid samples.
Geological and Mineral Resources: Pre-treatment for metal element content analysis in ores and rocks, rapid decomposition of complex geological sample matrices.
Key Features
The CYWB series high-throughput intelligent microwave digestion systems utilize non-pulsed continuous automatic frequency conversion control of microwave, extending the instrument's lifespan and the uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The chamber is made of 52L large capacity, with a custom-made stainless steel material. It features an automatic locking safety door with a buffer structure to ensure the safety of the operator and the integrity of the door in case of abnormal reactions. The door and chamber are tightly sealed, and microwave leakage meets national standards. The instrument employs a dual-control system of temperature and pressure to control the pressure and temperature of the synthesis experiment, with real-time display, 360° continuous rotation, uniform microwave distribution, ensuring the same microwave environment for all samples, and improving the consistency of experimental results.
