Operation and Maintenance Methods

1. First, prepare a solution with a certain concentration, typically 5-10%. Initially, you can add the solution in slightly larger quantities. Monitor and treat the effluent. Once the effluent consistently meets the standard requirements, reduce the dosage of the solution to two-thirds of the initial amount.

2. As shown in Figure 1, start the pump, open valves 2 and 5 for automatic operation. When the operation exceeds 12 hours or the water head on the pressure gauge exceeds 5 meters, perform backwashing by opening valves 1 and 3, which will take 10-20 minutes to complete.
