Product Features:
Reactor
The quick-opening mechanical agitated reactor features double clamp quick-opening design and tenon groove sealing structure. It uses reinforced PTFE sealing elements below 300°C and flexible graphite sealing elements above 300°C. It is integrally machined, has no welding structure, is safe and reliable, and all core components are imported brand.
Mechanical mixing components utilize KEMAI's independently developed high-torque magnetic coupling mixing drive, featuring a full static seal structure to prevent leakage issues that may arise from dynamic seals. It can operate under a long-term basis at a pressure of 345 bar (5000 psi).
Intelligent Control System
Safety Protection: Over-temperature and over-pressure alarms with power-off protection during the reaction process; over-temperature power-off protection for the heating furnace to prevent empty burning.
Convenience: ①One-click system startup: Simply enter the target temperature, insulation time, and motor speed to quickly initiate the system and start heating.
② Manual Multi-Stage Heating Mode: Based on the traditional multi-stage temperature control program, catering to customers' multi-stage temperature control and heating requirements.
③ Other Features: Real-time update and viewing of temperature and pressure historical data curves; full-process recording of historical data, with data export via USB communication interface to a flash drive.
