The equipment is manufactured through a one-piece molding process and features a multi-layer safety protection system (including MEAS pressure sensors, ASHCROFT pressure gauges, Swagelok safety valves, and customized bursting disks), complemented by over-temperature shutdown and over-pressure alarm functions to ensure safe operation in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
Utilizing the KEMOY remote intelligent reactor control system, we achieve a seamless integration of APP, remote computer, and a multi-functional operating system, breaking through spatial constraints. With the mobile app, you can remotely control equipment start/stop, parameter settings, and real-time monitoring, effectively addressing the pain points of off-site or night-time operations.
7-inch ultra-sensitive touch screen supports real-time monitoring of temperature, speed, pressure, and working hours. Data reports of the entire process can be exported with one click via USB interface.
Covering volumes from 10mL to 1000mL, we offer customized materials such as 316L stainless steel and Hastelloy, along with PTFE/glass/magnetic metal adapters for various temperature requirements. It supports customizable options like stirring, sampling, and cooling systems, making it a lab reaction equipment that combines safety, intelligence, and ease of operation.

Reactor Design
The quick-opening magnetic stirrer reactor features a dual-clevis quick-release mechanism and tenon-slot sealing structure. Enhanced PTFE sealing washers are used below 300°C. The main structure is integrally machined, with no welding, ensuring safety and reliability. All core components are imported brands. The magnetic stirrer assembly uses a DC brushless motor paired with high-magnetic magnets for a strong stirring torque. It employs a full static seal structure to prevent leakage issues that may arise from dynamic seals. The reactor can be designed to withstand pressure according to customer requirements, allowing for long-term operation at a pressure of up to 345 bar (5000 psi).

Other Features: Real-time update and viewing of temperature and pressure historical data curves; full-process recording of historical data, with data export via USB communication interface to a flash drive.
