Product Introduction

This product is finely crafted with molybdenum disulfide and other lubricating materials, high polymer binder materials, supplemented by additives such as high-efficiency hardener and film-forming aids, offering excellent high-temperature resistance, lubricity, and corrosion and wear resistance.

Ideal for conventional parts requiring dry film lubrication or self-lubricating, effectively replacing wet lubrication and oil seal lubrication.

Recommended Temperature Range:-25℃～180℃。

Instructions

In a normal temperature and humidity, well-ventilated environment, clean the surface of the workpiece by removing rust, oil, and dirt. Apply the coating to the surface using dipping, spraying, or other methods, then allow it to dry naturally or be dried by machinery (refer to "Lubricating Coating Operation Standards" for details).

Storage Conditions

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and prevent moisture and impurities from mixing in.
