Product Description

This product is primarily made from lubricating materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and high molecular weight bonding materials, refined with the addition of high-efficiency curing agents, film-forming aids, and other additives, offering excellent high-temperature resistance, lubricity, and corrosion and wear resistance.

Recommended Applications

Lubrication suitable for equipment components requiring dry film lubrication, ideal for high-temperature environments and parts with large contact surfaces, for medium to slow sliding surfaces.

Recommended temperature range:-35℃～280℃。

Instructions for Use

In a room temperature, high humidity, and well-ventilated environment, clean the workpiece surface of rust, oil, and dirt. Apply the coating to the surface using methods such as immersion and spraying, then allow it to dry naturally or dry with machinery (refer to the "Lubricating Coating Operation Standard" for details).

Storage Conditions

Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and prevent moisture and impurities from entering.
