Inverters and speed controllers often suffer from surges in current and voltage during operation, which can severely damage their performance and lifespan. Therefore, an input inductor should be installed in front of them to suppress voltage and current surges, protect the inverters and speed controllers, prolong their lifespan, and prevent harmonic interference. Since inverters and speed controllers use frequency conversion for speed control, they often generate high-order harmonics and waveform distortions during operation, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. To address this, an output inductor should be installed at the output end to filter out harmonic voltage and current, improving the quality of the power grid.
