1. The structure, diameter, and length should comply with the requirements of the rotational molding main machine process.
2. The foundation for PE storage tanks must possess sufficient overall stability, uniformity, and adequate flat bending rigidity.
3. The ear supports, leg supports, and horizontal supports should be welded only after the plastic lining process is completed.
4. The stiffness of the foundation structure just below the can wall should be enhanced. The bedding supporting the bottom plate should be flexible to absorb welding deformation. It is advisable to install a water and oil-proof separator layer and an oil leakage signaling pipe.
5. The distance between the groundwater level and the surface of the PE storage tank foundation shall not be less than the height the capillary water can reach (generally 2m).
