Utilizing mature overseas ROTATIONAL (rotational molding) technology, this product is made from brand new imported food-grade acid and alkali-resistant LLDPE linear low-density polyethylene. It features one-time molding with smooth inner and outer surfaces, excellent hygiene and UV resistance, impact resistance, strong shock resistance, slow aging, no algae growth, easy cleaning, rodent-proof, termite-proof, and convenient installation and movement.
Our PE plastic storage tanks are made of extruded plastic—linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) or linear medium-density polyethylene (LMDPE). These tanks are suitable for storing most alkalis, salts, and a variety of organic substances at room temperature. The minimum softening point of the plastic used in rotational molding is 108°C, and the maximum fracture point is -70°C, making them generally applicable for storing liquids at temperatures from -30°C to 80°C. For liquids with a higher specific gravity or temperatures above 60°C, steel-lined plastic corrosion-resistant tanks should be used to prevent softening and deformation. If the PE plastic tank is to be used for chemical reactions or dilutions, a corresponding test should be conducted beforehand to determine the maximum temperature for the reaction or dilution.
