Utilizing mature ROTATIONAL (rotational molding) technology from abroad, we use brand new imported food-grade acid and alkali-resistant LLDPE linear low-density polyethylene material. This material ensures a single molding with smooth interior and exterior surfaces, boasts excellent hygiene and UV resistance, is impact-resistant, shockproof, aging-resistant, algae-resistant, easy to clean, rodent-proof, termite-proof, and convenient for installation and movement.
Our PE plastic storage tanks are made of rotomolded material—linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) or linear medium-density polyethylene (LMDPE). These tanks are suitable for storing most alkalis, salts, and a variety of organic substances at room temperature. The minimum softening point of the plastic used in rotomolded tanks is 108°C, and the maximum shattering point is -70°C, making them generally suitable for storing liquids at temperatures between -30°C and 80°C. For liquids with higher specific gravity or temperatures above 60°C, a steel-lined plastic corrosion-resistant tank should be used to prevent softening and deformation. If the PE plastic tank is used for chemical reactions or dilutions, a corresponding test should be conducted in advance to determine the maximum temperature for the reaction or dilution.
