Elastic filling screens are made from several varieties of polyolefins and polyamides that are resistant to corrosion, temperature, and aging. They are mixed with hydrophilic, adsorption, and heat-resistant auxiliaries. A special spinning and yarn-making process is used to interlace the yarns with a corrosion-resistant, high-strength central rope. Due to the careful selection of materials and the refined process formula, the yarns are moderately flexible and rigid, forming a three-dimensional, uniform radiating arrangement. This creates individual units of suspended three-dimensional elastic filling. The filling can uniformly spread and expand in the effective area, allowing for full mixing and contact exchange between air, water, and biofilms. The biofilm can not only uniformly adhere to each yarn while maintaining good activity and porosity variability, but also achieve a large specific surface area during operation.
